I hope you enjoy this replay of what we called an #evedown (TM!), as opposed to a #mornup, as the vibe was much more chilled than the usual #mornups videos. (For those of you who don't know, I did a series of Instagram lives, that I called #mornups, as the idea was they were a morning warm-up. You can watch the replays here).
The theme this week is child-like playful art. We were chatting at the end of Motivation Monthly last week about how amazing children's art is, and it made me think that it would be fun to do some activities that help you tap into your childlike, playful self. I really enjoyed it - it reminded me how much I enjoyed the #mornups, and how fun it is to just follow your instincts like that! Let me know if you enjoy it and if you'd like to do another one soon.
Also, P.S. I accidentally left a few people in the waiting room for the first 15 mins (sorry guys!!), and when I realised, I accidentally left the call. So there is a bit of disruption about 15 mins in! But it all gets resolved relatively quickly. Sorry about that! Haha, keeping it authentic!
The video is below, for paid subscribers.
Bye for now!
