Hello! I hope you enjoyed your first week of the Creative Reset. I am still partway through mine. Don’t worry if you’ve fallen behind - this is your reminder that it’s supposed to be fun! Week 2 - Filter
You will need:
A pen
A piece of paper
Your previous worksheets/Week 1 work
Time! This week there are two exercises. You begin with a worksheet I have called “dreaming” - it is a set of questions designed to tap into all of your (creative) desires. As children we have no problems with imagining we can fly, make magic, become an explorer/astronaut/zookeeper, and then as we grow up, we let practicalities get in the way. This week is a chance for us to all pretend we’re children again. This is a set of questions to allow you to daydream and wish like a child again.
Next is a visualisation exercise, which I will talk you through below.
This week is centred around a visualisation exercise. You will use this later on to set some goals for the next year. There are two worksheets
