Jackson's Art New Materials!

Unboxing. Haul. Call it what you will...!

Hello everyone! I hope you are doing well this January :)

I am coming to you today with a big Jackson Art order arrival. Unboxing. Haul. Call it what you will...!

Turners swatches, with my scribbles of colour names!

This is the biggest art order I have made for ages; Partly because I try and buy as I go, and support our wonderful local art shop, Tindalls, and partly because I just haven't had the money! And also, when I was studying on the MA, I bought and tried quite a lot of art materials then, so I'm fairly well stocked on the basics now.

However, the time came for me to make an order, as I needed to stock up on paper for painting my books, and I took the chance to get a few other bits and bobs. So I thought I would take you with me while I open everything up and then swatch them for you. It's long one! Hopefully you will enjoy with a cuppa or glass of wine one evening!
