Hello to you all,

You will (hopefully) have seen that I had to cancel the Picture Book Club meet-up this week because I am unwell with Covid. It’s my third time, and I’ve been hit with it pretty hard this time. It feels as bad as the first time I had it, I’ve had a terrible cough, sore throat, super painful sinuses! I’m on day 6 and still testing positive, and feeling really rubbish. But aannnyway, enough of my self pity!! But I thought it was the perfect time to start posting some videos from my archive.

A bit of context for this video. Before I started my paid Substack, I had been running a Patreon channel for two years, and I have a TON of videos from Patreon that aren’t on here. I’ve looked up ways of automatically importing them here, but that doesn’t seem to be an option, so my plan is to upload them here as archive posts over the next few months (or however long it takes). Is once-a-week frequency too much? Anyway, while I ponder that, here is one from this time last year (when I was also ill , not Covid though! But I guess teaching during the Autumn makes you ill!).
