The book tells the story of a happy and creative period in Van Gogh’s life, the bond between two brothers, and how Theo’s support and encouragement helped Vincent to reach his full artistic potential.

I’ll be sharing some artwork details and snippets of the wonderful text in the lead up to publication. This is the opening page and as you can see, Vincent’s feelings about his art are so extremely relatable, I felt utterly seen reading his words in the letters he sent to his endlessly patient and loving brother Theo.
