Ella! That was fascinating! Thank you so much for sharing! It's like you build a painting as though you were printing, what an interesting way to approach it. I have never heard that magic tip about Frixion pens before. I have a couple knocking around the house for writing lists and things but have never tried blasting them with a hairdryer! I use a lightbox all the time but it is hard to see colours properly, I'm constantly turning it on and off to see, how brilliant to have found a way to do without it!
Loved reading your posts about this beautiful book. I had a portfolio review years ago and they liked the one illustration I did without outline, so I’ve gone without lines ever since . But I’ve never heard of this pen , it sounds great, might give it a try .
