Hello! How are you all? How has your week been?
I have said already that I am in the throes of a book deadline - the colour artwork for the book I am working on with Thames & Hudson is due at the end of January, so I am on it like a car bonnet! I have just scanned the latest artwork and sent it off to the lovely designer I am working with, which always feels good, and I am excited to start on the next spreads - I think that must be a good sign!
So, onto the continued Motivation Monthly theme of the New Year Spruce Up, and Part Two, which is all about Visualisation. I am dividing this into three parts.
Dreaming
I have designed a worksheet with questions to help you figure out what you really, really want (zig-a-zig-ahh), and to connect with the fundamental hopes and dreams for yourself that you might have forgotten along the way of your day-to-day life.
Visualisation
Once you have done some lovely hoping and letting yourself dream big, I have made a worksheet talking you through a simple visualisation with some space for you to note down your thoughts afterwards
Lovely lists
This is a little bit of extra bread to mop up the leftover gravy from all of the above. I don’t know about you, but when I try and actually think about something, my mind goes blank! So this is a worksheet to help you remember anything you might have forgotten, and then I am inviting you to write a list of 24 things you would like to gather make, do or wish for 20241. This isn’t about manifesting, but I do believe it helps you point yourself (your wind-up toy) in the right direction in the coming year.
I think it is helpful for me to give a bit of personal context to everything, so here are the things that came up for me when doing the exercise, and I am also writing my list of 24 things for 2024.
I am still offering 20% off for the whole of 2024 if you join in January. This is the last time I will be doing a special offer for a while, so if you want to join, now is a good time.
