Hello!
So I’m here with part two of the New Year Spruce up, which is all about which is all about visualisation and dreaming helping grab hold of that radical optimism, which seems to becoming a bit of a theme for this year.
This is when the New Year Spruce Up gets really fun! Although it might seem like quite a lot of work, I can’t tell you how helpful I find it is to do this sort of thing, especially at the beginning of the year, and it always feels worth it, even if you are giving up part of your precious free time to do it. I have divided it into three easy parts, so you can dip into each over the week, or dive straight into it in one go.
Dreaming
I have designed a worksheet with questions to help you figure out what you really, really want (zig-a-zig-ahh), and to connect with the fundamental hopes and dreams for yourself that you might have forgotten along the way of your day-to-day life.
Visualisation
Once you have done some lovely hoping and letting yourself dream big, I have made a worksheet talking you through a simple visualisation with some space for you to note down your thoughts afterwards
Lovely lists
This is a little bit of extra bread to mop up the leftover gravy from all of the above. I don’t know about you, but when I try and actually think about something, my mind goes blank! So this is a worksheet to help you remember anything you might have forgotten, and then I am inviting you to write a list of 25 things you would like to gather make, do or wish for 20251. This isn’t about manifesting, but I do believe it helps you point yourself in the right direction in the coming year. I am also including a look back at the list I made for myself last year.
This might be a bit of a mega post, so hold onto your hats…
Because I know how helpful it is to peep into other people’s minds, I am sharing my own insights and reflections below, and I hope it helps kick things off for you too.
OK, so on. with the show…
I have a New Year promotion on right now. I’m offering 25% off all subscriptions for a year until January 31st. so that means a monthly subscription is £4.50 £3.50 and annual subs are £45 £33.00. I’d love it if you wanted to hop on board! This expires at the end of January.
